Maren Colon, Midwest State Society Delegate

Maren Colon is from Sioux Falls, SD. She is a graduate from Lincoln High School (Go Pats) and University of South Dakota (Go Yotes). She moved to D.C. in 2009 and has been a board member of the SDSS since her arrival. Maren continues to stay involved with South Dakota and USD through her involvement with the alumni association, the Farber Fund, and South Dakota Democrats. Maren has a background in government relations and spent much of her career in membership and financial services policy for a bank trade association. She is now the Community Development Relationship Manager for Woodforest National Bank and splits her time between Washington, D.C. and Sioux Falls, SD.
